Screen Printing

Screen printing takes a little more time to print this process. It take a vector artwork printed onto transparency film. Each color of the art work gets its own film. The film is used to burn the image into a screen coverd in a stencil coating called emulsion. once the screens are burned and dried of moisture it is placed and aligned to its designated location on the product. If their other colors involed they all get aligned up to there designated registration marks. Ink is applied to the screens.Once this is done the printing can take place.

The ink comes in different types, for different effects. unlike a heat transfer item screen printing can be cost effective and the ink becomes a prt of the shirt. once cured right it can last years with wear and tear.
